Feldforschung „intim“: Von Erlebnissen, Bedeutungen und Interpretationspraxis in der Politikfeldanalyse

Interpretative Ansätze in der Politikfeldanalyse schreiben dem Austausch von Bedeutungen eine zentrale Rolle zu. Im Austausch von Bedeutungen formulieren Institutionen Agenden und versuchen diese zu implementieren. Durch die Konzeption des „Diskurses“ beziehen die Ansätze eine intensive Auseinandersetzung mit Text und Kommunikation mit ein. Der vorliegende Aufsatz diskutiert die Interpretationspraxis, die aus der Interpretativen Politikfeldanalyse hervorgeht. Mittels der analytischen Figur des „Sprachmodus“ wird geschildert, wie ForscherInnen aus den Erlebnissen während der Feldforschung analytische Kategorien der Bedeutung entwickeln. Diese Entwicklung wird anhand der französischen Gesetzesdebatte rund um „das Ende des Lebens“ illustriert, das zwischen 2003 und 2005 eine emotional aufgeladene Debatte hervorrief. Besondere Beachtung schenkt der Artikel dem Adjektiv „intim“, das in zwei miteinander verwobenen Bedeutungsdimensionen in den Fokus rückt: einerseits mit Bezug auf emotionell geladene Ereignisse, die zum Gegenstand der Politikfeldanalyse selbst werden, und andererseits als ein Blick in die Strategien der interpretativen ForscherInnen.Downloads
