Der Beitrag beschäftigt sich mit dem Zusammenhang zwischen Familienpolitik, Fertilität, Erwerbstätigkeit und Kinderbetreuung. Er demonstriert, dass ähnliche familienpolitische Maßnahmen unterschiedliche Wirkungen entfalten können und familienpolitische Maßnahmen nur im Kontext des Geschlechterverhältnisses, der jeweiligen Konfiguration des Wohlfahrtsstaates und der Beschäftigungsentwicklung analysiert werden können.Downloads
